The HMD Barbie Phone evokes the days of unfolding your phone and accessorizing it with accessories. Painted almost pink, it includes three interchangeable back covers, and its jewel-box-like packaging is filled with stickers and charms.
Design
Plastic, rich pink, and more accessories. The HMD Barbie Phone’s design is at its core. The box includes a variety of accessories to personalize your phone.

Stickers, jewelry, interchangeable cases, and decorative straps are all part of the Barbie style, with pink and pastel hues throughout.
Display
When unfolded, the HMD Barbie Phone reveals a 2.8-inch internal display with a 240 x 320 resolution and a 4:3 aspect ratio. When closed, there’s also a 1.77-inch external display that shows the time and date. It’s a handy way to keep track of the time.
Camera

For those in the US, the HMD Barbie Phone is equipped with a 5MP lens with flash, which is quite impressive. Photos are decent, but only in good lighting. Otherwise, they’re just faint reminders of a distant memory.
Hardware
The HMD Barbie Phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 SoC running KaiOS 3.1, supporting apps like WhatsApp.

In Europe, the Unisoc T107 SoC runs S30, an older OS developed by Nokia for feature phones years ago. UK users will have a much more limited experience, giving US users the advantage.
Storage
Storage is provided by 64MB of RAM and 128MB of internal storage, with support for up to 32GB of microSD cards. Powered by the Unisoc T107 chipset, the Barbie Phone’s only supported game is Malibu Snake.

A variety of game types are available to enrich your snake gaming experience. A variety of barriers are added that instantly display a game-over screen when touched.
Battery
The HMD Barbie Phone has a 1,450mAh battery, with an unspecified charging speed. While it took about two hours to fully charge, the flip phone lasted about a week. This may be due to the fact that it’s not used as frequently as a smartphone, but it lasted longer than expected.
